Monofilament polyester screen fabric are characterized their extremely tight fit, lack of elasticity and very high resistance which renders them suitable for veery long printing runs.
Monolen is the most widely used screen fabric today, high registration accuracy is suitable for fine line printing, textile screen printing and all work demanding dimensional stability.

Strong polyamide screen fabric with special properties with regard to flexibility and abrasion resistance fabric are printing on tough, curved, irregular shaped objects, and ceramics, sports items, where inks heavily abrade the screen.
On the other hand, it is more difficult to stretch correctly because of this high elasticity and may elongate during use. .

During of exposure of a directly emulsified stencil a part of the light rays is different according to a physical law at the surface of white fabric as well as within the emulsion coat itself and expose unwanted areas, resulting in incorrect in image reproduction.

- White mesh : During exposure, light hits the white threads of the stencil mesh, reflects and thereby exposes the positive at masked areas.

- Result : Deterioration of the print result
 

- Dyed mesh : Only the inactive light rays are reflected. this under exposure does not lead to a hardening of the emulsion under the positive.

- Result : Sharp, sawtooth-free print result.
