This rotary system employs the generally used vacuum exposure unit. A wide range of sizes are available from small to medium sized units (1,500 x 2,700mm). Free stands on floor, no mounting needed. Direct screen exposure systems are designed for vertical and horizontal screen exposure. And metal halide lights come in 3000 and 5000 watt stand-mounted units for use with vertical printing frames and in 1000, 3000 and 5000 watt overhead mounted units for use with horizontal frames. They are real "time savers" offering, extremely short exposure times.

In fine printing, stencil making has to coat with some emulsion thickness on wide mesh. In this time, coating by hand make problems. Hand coating occurred different thickness of emulsion owing to hand vibration and pressure. It makes microphone layer of emulsion and these stencil make poor screen printing automatic coating m/c os good to prevent these problems.
