CDF direct-films are recommended for graphics, industrial, textile and electronics printing. CDF direct-films adhere with plain water, and require no chemicals for processing. CDF-2 is a 20 micron film recommended for fine for fine line and UV ink printing on mesh counts of at least 120 threads per cm(305/in). CDF-3 is a 30 micron film recommended for intermediate mesh counts of at least 90 threads per cm(230/in). CDF-4 is a 38 micron film recommended for mesh counts of at least 77 threads per cm(196/in). CDF-5VT is a 50 micron film recommended for thick deposit printing with coarse mesh counts of at least 43 threads per cm(109/in). CDF-7 is a 70 micron film for extremely thick stencils on very coarse mesh counts of at least 30 threads per cm(76/in). CDF/SR-25 is a 25 micron film that resists very aggressive solvent inks and is recommended for mesh counts of at least 100 threads per cm(255/in).
