◈ Instructions for use

1) Be sure to observe recommended painting conditions.

2) Use caution as excessive discharge and full blow-out spray may cause metallic stain and flow.

3) Mix sufficiently before use.

4) If mixed with the other type of paint, a speck may be created. Thus, clean spray guns, containers and hoses completely.

5)  In case of re-painting after a lapse of 7 days, apply sanding.

Acretane HG is used for 1-COAT metallic high gloss; acrylic urethane two-component paint having urethane combination (-NHCOO-) out of the resin skeleton, a major factor of film formation. Also, it is an excellent paint overcoming metallic color reproducibility, adaptability to materials, weatherability and chemical properties (limits of 1-COAT). Conventional high gloss metallic color paint normally performs 2-COAT for transparency. However, Acretane HG allows, with 1-COAT, high gloss metallic color film obtained from 2-COAT, having an effect of painting cost reduction. Further, it is excellent in mechanical and chemical properties, widely appliable, and especially suitable for household plastics.

  5) Do not mix alcohol thinner.
  6) As two-component paint has a limit in service time, be sure to mix the 
     quantity required.

Painting for plastic materials has been done to cover plastic forming defects (weld, flowing marks, scratch, gloss stain), and to achieve commercial purpose for severally colored single forming product focusing on color (tone) gloss.
However, recent trend requires paint improving goods value by aiming at visual, sensible change for individuation and highly added value of goods. In response to this demand, we have studied various film paint and leather shaped paint for a long time.
As a result HT-SF Coat has been developed; a two-component highly elastic urethane paint featuring soft touch and leather appearance.
As HT-SF Coat feels good and has excellent film performance with weather resistance, solvent resistance, chemical resistance and wear resistance. it allows high value added goods by applying to car interiors, home appliances, optical instruments, and other wide areas with a new and broad design.

◈ Features

1) Appearance : Soft, leather shaped matte film is obtained by ordinary paint.
2) Workability : With 1 coat thick film painting is possible, boiling up and
flowing do not happen. Gloss change practically does not happen.
3) Weather resistance, gloss stability and anti-discoloration are excellent.
4) Impact resistance : Impact resistance of film is excellent, and the drop of
impact resistance of a material is little.
5) Adhesion on ABS materials is good.
